Hey, I’m Amber — a lifelong gymnastics lover who didn’t really hit her stride until adulthood. I grew up doing gymnastics but was never the strongest or most flexible. I never had my splits, couldn’t hold a handstand, and definitely didn’t have a press… until I was 38.
