My Philosophy
A few years ago, I hit that “I’ve lost myself” phase. You know the one — mom life, wife life, putting everyone else first. I felt disconnected from me. Then, after having my last baby, this wild idea popped into my head: What if my time hadn't really passed... what if I could do gymnastics again? Except… reality check — I couldn’t do a push-up or a sit-up... and my hips and shoulders were basically frozen.

But I couldn’t shake the dream. Something in me needed to try.

Fast forward to now, and I can handstand and press like it’s no big deal and am currently working toward my single-arm handstand. The method that got me here? The Gymnast Method — the exact system I created to rebuild my body from the ground up.
