Flexibility and mobility are key! These 60-minute sessions blend stretching with core and hip strength exercises, keeping you limber & balanced. Perfect for enhancing your flexibility and overall movement.

Adult Gymnastics, Calisthenics & Handstand Sessions

Want to master handstands or other gymnastic/calisthenics skills? I’ll guide you through step-by-step progressions. It’s never too late to move like a gymnast—let’s turn your dreams into reality!
