Class Schedule

These classes are designed for beginners and intermediate students who want to build strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and body control while learning fun gymnastics and calisthenics skills. Whether your goal is your first pull-up, handstand, walkover, or simply moving with greater confidence, you'll learn through safe progressions in a supportive small-group environment.

Most students start with little to no gymnastics experience and gradually progress through multiple classes as their strength, mobility, and skills improve. Handstand Lab is our only intermediate-level class. All other classes are beginner-friendly and include modifications and progressions for every level.

Adult Gymnastics: Beginner Floor Tricks | Ready to unleash your inner gymnast? This class is all about building strength, flexibility, and confidence while mastering essential gymnastics floor tricks! We’ll work on beginner-friendly skills like headstands, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, aerials, walkovers, and even handsprings! Whether you’re brand new or brushing up on old skills, this class will have you feeling strong, flexible, and forever young! Calisthenics Skills | An all-levels class for anyone eager to work toward those awe-inspiring calisthenics moves— human flag, planche, dragon flag, front/back levers, pistol squats, and handstands! Whether you're just starting out or leveling up, this class provides regressions and progressions for EVERY SKILL, giving you the tools to safely and effectively build strength, mobility, and control. Get ready to work on the skills you've always dreamed of—no matter your starting point! Walkover Workshop | Ready to level up your bridges, backbends, and walkovers? This class is your one-stop-shop for building the strength, mobility, and technique needed for beautiful front and back walkovers! We’ll spend the first half of class unlocking shoulder, spine, and hip flexibility with targeted stretches, and the second half diving into drills, kickovers, and spotted walkover progressions. Whether you’re a total beginner or fine-tuning your form, this class will help you bend, kick, and flow with confidence! Handstand Lab: A Progressive Series for Mastering Handstands | This 4-week series is for those ready to take their handstand practice to the next level! Each week, we’ll focus on a different handstand element to accelerate your progress—Handstand Foundations: Finding the Float, Balance vs. Counter-Balance, Arch Handstands, and Hip Roll & Press Handstands. *Prerequisite: Must be able to hold a free-standing handstand & safely cartwheel out. If you’re just beginning your handstand journey, I recommend starting with my Adult Gymnastics class.

STUDIO POLICIES:

LATE CANCEL:
You may cancel or reschedule your class up to 4 hours before the start time. Cancellations made after this window are considered a late cancel and will incur a $6 fee.

NO-SHOW:
Missing class without canceling incurs a $10 fee and forfeits the class pass.

LOW ENROLLMENT POLICY:
Classes with only one person registered will be cancelled 1 hour prior to the start time.
 

I recently started my fitness journey after not having been active much since hitting my 30s. When looking for a calisthenics class, Amber's class popped up right away. I know this stuff can seem tough and maybe scary but TAKE THE CLASS. This has been one of the most fun and challenging fitness classes I've ever taken. Amber is a great teacher mixing both beginner friendly moves and more advanced moves in the same class and is always ready to help you when you're struggling with a move. I love her focus on form and making sure you're doing it right to not only avoid injury but to make sure you're building muscle.

The adult gymnastic classes are fantastic! I love that I get a good workout in while doing something fun. In just a few classes I’ve seen improvement in my handstands and other skills. I don’t have a background in gymnastics, but Amber is great at demonstrating/explaining new things. These classes have also helped with my strength in aerial classes.

I’ve attended Salt City Calisthenics small group classes from the beginning and I was hooked! I started with Adult Gymnastics and couldn’t believe I finally found a class like this! I have always wanted to do gymnastics since I was a kid and have looked for classes like this for adults for a long time. Amber is such a great teacher and can relate to learning gymnastics as an adult. I also attend her Gymnastics Strength Training and while it is tough, she is amazing at modifying for your level of fitness while still pushing you. As an aerialist, this has helped me gain so much strength and flexibility while letting me playfully explore moves I never thought was possible as an adult! All classes are with an eclectic group with all kinds of fitness levels from none to experienced! Don’t wait and take a class so you can be obsessed like me!

I know adult gymnastics can sound daunting but Amber is a pro! I am 53 just had a shoulder surgery last September. I am very overweight and out of shape. I took Amber‘s class yesterday. Her flexibility flow class, Amazing! So much better than yoga. I then stayed for a second class Beginning gymnastics. She was able to modify a lot of tricks for me. She never treated me with anything but respect and encouraged me to challenge myself. Am I sore today? Hell, yes! But the good sore the pleasure pain just lets me know I need to go back and continue this journey. For all of you older people who didn’t think this was a possibility you should run and not walk to join this class. It’s everything we need as we age. Helps with our mobility our flexibility. Learning how to fall safely to avoid serious injuries in the future. I’m starting to wonder why I was the only person in my 50s there. I can’t say enough great things about this class… Now let me go take my ibuprofen
