At Salt City Calisthenics, small group coaching is where adults rebuild strength, flexibility, confidence, and connection to their bodies — without pressure, intimidation, or ego.

Our classes are intentionally small and supportive, so you’re never lost in the crowd. You’ll get real coaching, encouragement, and progress at your own pace — alongside other adults who are learning, trying, laughing, and growing right along with you.

4 Small Group Classes • 8 Classes Each Week

You can train up to 8 times per week across four unique class styles:

✨ Floorwork Foundations
A 75-minute class for adults who want to reconnect with their bodies and move with ease and intention. We focus on grounded, flow-based skills rather than high-impact tricks. Each class includes a 15-minute strength circuit, 30 minutes of flexibility, and foundational handstand and floorwork practice: headstands, shoulder stands & rolls, cartwheels, walkovers, and variations.

Flexibility
Your shortcut to cleaner handstands, smoother skills, and a more flexible connected body. We dive into focused flexibility training for front splits, middle splits/pancake, or overhead/backbend mobility. Expect a blend of passive, active, and PNF work that safely expands your range of motion while building strength and control within it.

Calisthenics Strength & Skills
Build the raw strength, control, and body awareness behind the most impressive calisthenics skills. This all-levels class features structured circuits combining bodyweight, weights, and skills training, moving you toward handstand, front lever, human flag, planche, and more.

Handstand Lab
An intermediate handstand class for students who can kick up and exit with control. Learn to increase hold time, flow through beautiful handstand shapes, and press up with confidence. We’ll go over the drills from The Handstand Bible: 10 Steps to Handstand Mastery, giving you the exact system I’ve refined to help adults progress past plateaus and build strong, repeatable handstands.
