Hi, I'm Amber!

At 30, I felt completely disconnected from my body—weak, tight, and achy. After three kids, I caught myself thinking, “Maybe this is just how it is now.” But deep down, I refused to accept that. I told myself, “You’re just out of shape. You can get back into shape.” That decision changed everything.

Back then, I couldn’t do a single push-up or sit-up. My core was weak from ab separation, my hips were locked up, and my shoulders had almost no mobility. But through focused strength and flexibility training, I rebuilt my body from the ground up. My goal started as just learning a handstand — but what I didn’t expect was how training like a gymnast would transform my entire body, right side-up!

Fast forward to my 40s, and I’m in the best shape of my life—no aches, no pains. I have all three splits, a strong bridge, and a flat pancake (stretch). Most importantly, I feel powerful, flexible, and alive!
