Gymnastics Strength Training

Pair these strength classes with any of the skills-focused sessions to take your training to the next level. Remember, athletes who prioritize strength and flexibility are the ones who excel in mastering advanced skills. Unlock the strength needed for impressive calisthenics and gymnastics skills like handstands, walkovers, human flags, pistol squats, levers, and more! This strength-focused class uses rings, parallettes, stall bars, and floor work to develop bodyweight strength, core and compression strength, and body control. You’ll work through circuits combining bodyweight and weighted exercises, building the foundation for advanced skills while improving control and endurance. Each class wraps up with focused shoulder and hip mobility exercises to keep you strong and mobile.

Adult Gymnastics- Floor Tricks

Ready to unleash your inner gymnast? This class is all about exploring and mastering the essentials of gymnastic floor tricks! We’ll kick things off with 15 minutes of strength, followed by flexibility to open your body up for movement. Then, it’s time for the fun stuff: learning beginner tricks like headstands, rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers & more! Whether you’re brand new or brushing up on old skills, this class will have you feeling strong, flexible, and forever young!

Handstand Lab

This class is for anyone who can kick up into a free-standing handstand and is ready to dive deeper into the art of hand-balancing! 🤸‍♀️ Master flowing through different shapes, pressing into a handstand, and gracefully compressing back down. Each session begins with handstand-focused strength and flexibility work to prepare your body, followed by targeted drills to refine your balance and technique.

Walkovers & Handsprings

This class is all about mastering walkovers & handsprings! 🤸‍♀️ We’ll kick things off with strength training tailored to these skills, plus those oh-so-juicy overhead and back stretches to open up your shoulders and spine. Then, it’s time to dive into focused drills and skills, working through stations that target every element of walkovers and handsprings. You’ll also get personalized attention at a dedicated 1:1 spotting station to build confidence and refine your technique.
