Ready for training that’s built entirely around YOU? Private 1:1 coaching is where we go deep—no distractions, no rushing, just focused, safe progress at your own pace. As a certified personal trainer who started as a total beginner at 30, I specialize in gymnast-style training: blending strength to power your body, stretch to unlock safe mobility, and skills that become the fun reward once your foundation is rock-solid.

This is the perfect starting place if you’re an absolute beginner feeling nervous about gyms or unsure where to begin. We’ll prioritize building that gymnastics-capable body first—because the dream skills (handstands, walkovers, backbends, elbow levers, human flags, and more) only happen when you have the strength and flexibility to support them safely. Here’s how we make it work for you:

  • If you’re brand new or want to ease in slowly: We focus heavily on strength foundations (think controlled push-ups, core stability, pull power, and balance basics) so you feel capable and injury-proof fast.
  • Supplement with flexibility: Add our small-group Flexibility class whenever you’re ready, or we can weave mobility training right into your private sessions (e.g., half strength, half stretch) if group classes still feel intimidating.
  • Once the base is built: We layer in beginner-friendly skills like crow pose, headstands, or bridge progressions—moving gradually and safely toward bigger skills like handstands, backbends, elbow levers, and beyond.

Everyone is capable of this. If you’ve ever dreamed of flipping, balancing upside-down, or just feeling strong and bendy in your everyday life—trust that dream!! The skills will come. But first, we build the gymnast body that makes them possible!

Sessions are held in my private Draper, Utah studio on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Choose 1–3 sessions per week. Purchase a single intro session or a package below, then complete the quick Client Onboarding Questionnaire so we can tailor day one perfectly to you!
