Handstand Lab

Whether you've never kicked up into a handstand or you're working toward longer holds, Handstand Lab breaks the skill into manageable steps that help you build confidence upside down.

Flexibility

Improve your mobility, increase your range of motion, and finally start working toward goals like touching your toes, backbends, middle splits, and front splits. This class pairs perfectly with every other class we offer.
