My 30s and 40s have been the most transformational years of my life.

After having three kids, I felt disconnected from my body. I was weak, stiff, tired, and couldn't do a single push-up, sit-up, or even touch my toes. Like many women, I assumed getting older meant slowly losing the strength, flexibility, and athleticism I once had.

Thankfully, I was wrong.

What started as a goal to learn a handstand turned into a complete transformation. Through consistent strength training, flexibility work, and gymnast-style movement, I rebuilt my body from the ground up.

Today, at 44, I'm in the best shape of my life.

I'm a hand-balancer, pole dancer, calisthenics athlete, and coach. I have all three splits, a strong bridge, a flat pancake, and a body that feels strong, flexible, capable, and alive. More importantly, I feel at home in my body.

That's why I created The Gymnast Method.

My mission is to help women in their 30s, 40s, and beyond build strength, flexibility, confidence, and body control so they can keep learning, growing, and doing the things they love for years to com. Because it's never too late to build a gymnast body!
