I started my own gymnast comeback at 30.

I couldn’t do a single sit-up. I couldn’t do a push-up. I couldn’t even touch my knees with straight legs. I was stiff as hell and had zero body control. But I was determined to learn how to do a handstand.

So I started training like a gymnast — with smart strength and flexibility work plus proper macro counting. Slowly but surely, everything changed. My body got stronger, more mobile, and more capable than I ever thought possible.

Now, in my 40s, I’m stronger and bendier than I was in my 20s. I can hold handstands, drop into splits, and move with freedom and confidence I didn’t have before. Gymnastics-inspired training and learning how to fuel my body properly completely transformed my life.

That’s why I created the Gymnast Body Transformation Program.
