Check-in time is 4p. We're staying at the Cosmopolitan . Take some time to settle in, meet the other girls, and unwind before we kick off the retreat with a Welcome Dinner (TBA). After dinner, we’ll head back to our rooms to relax, get to know your roommates, and get ready for the day ahead.

*Fly in to Las Vegas airport and Uber to the hotel!

I’ve been coaching handstands, adult gymnastics, calisthenics and flexibility since 2016 in my Draper, UT studio: Salt City Calisthenics.

After running an incredible handstand retreat in Kauai, HI in 2023 and Moab, Utah in 2025, I’m bringing the magic to one of my favorite vacation spots-- Las Vegas!

I’m passionate about helping women build real strength, flexibility, and confidence to master their handstands!
