Unlock the strength needed for impressive calisthenics and gymnastics skills like handstands, walkovers, human flags, pistol squats, levers, and more! This strength-focused class uses rings, parallettes, stall bars, and floor work to develop bodyweight strength, core and compression strength, and body control. You’ll work through circuits combining bodyweight and weighted exercises, building the foundation for advanced skills while improving control and endurance. Each class wraps up with focused shoulder and hip mobility exercises to keep you strong and mobile.
